Noodles are very common and quick fast food recipe in this modern era . We can not say it is healthy but Quick and easy . Egg Noodles is an Indo-chinese food. Adult and children ,all love it and can enjoy any time . We mostly use to make and have it at Breakfast time . We can find such tasty egg noodles , chicken noodles & veg noodles at road side vendor (Street food stalls) . We can make it in our home as well with some new twist and taste . Let’s see how i make egg noodles instantly and easily .

Serves : 3
- Noodles – 1/2 kg
- Green Chilly (cut in julienne) – 2 to 3
- Tomato (cut in julienne) – 2
- Ginger (cut in julienne) – 1 inch
- Garlic (cut in julienne) – 3 to 4
- Soy sauce – 3/4 tbsp
- Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce -2 tbsp
- Onion (chopped) – 3
- Eggs – 3
- Oil -4 tsp
- Italian seasoning – 1/2 tsp (Optional)
- Boil water in a pan with 2 tsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt.
- When water starts boiling add the noodles and check if its cooked then drain the water, wash the noodles with cold water and keep the noodles aside.
- In a pan, heat 4 tsp of oil & add chopped onions, green chilly, ginger, garlic and saute until onions turn little brown.
- Now add chopped tomatoes, salt and cook until tomatoes become mushy.
- Then break the eggs one by one and stir vigorously with a spatula till the egg is completely cooked.
- Now add boiled and drained noodles to the pan and mix well.
- Then add vinegar, soy sauce, chilly sauce and tomato sauce and mix well. And sprinkle pepper and salt.
- Give everything a nice stir or toss.
- Egg noodles is ready.
- Sprinkle Italian Seasoning on it (Optional)
- Serve hot with ketchup.
