Lemon juice

Prep time - under 5 mins Cook time - under 5 mins Serves - 3 Ingredients:
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Ice cold water - 3 cups
  • Salt - a generous pinch
  • Ice cubes -few
Method:
  • Cut the lemons in half.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl or cup.Lemon juice
  • In a cup or bowl, mix water and sugar.
  • And Stir until dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and cold water.
  • Serve chilled with ice cubes.
Tips:
  • Regular intake of lemon juice mixed with warm water and honey will help to reduce body fat .
  • The first thing in the morning can do magic to your skin and hair will glow.
