We use to have daily some tea time snacks , a salty and little spicy .Tea without any salty snacks looks incomplete . Here i am presenting very easy and very tasty & quick tea time snacks "Kara boondi". Preparation Time: 1 Cooking Time: 5
- Boondi - 2 cup
- Ground nuts - 3 tbsp
Salt - As needed
- Red Chilies – 2 tbsp
- Chaat Masala - 2 tbsp
- Heat a pan, add oil.
when oil hot, add peanuts and fry till golden brown.
- take out it from pan
Then add curry leaves and fry till nice aroma rises and give a quick stir and switch off the flame.
Add this to the boondi, add the salt, red chilly powder, chaat masala and toss well to get all mixed.
- enjoy it as a tea time snack.
