Namkeen Boondi or Kara Boondi

We use to have daily some tea time snacks , a salty and little spicy .Tea without any salty snacks looks incomplete . Here i am presenting very easy and very tasty & quick tea time snacks "Kara boondi".  
Preparation Time: 1 Cooking Time: 5
Ingredients :-
  • Boondi - 2 cup
  • Ground nuts - 3 tbsp
  • Curry leave - 2 sprig
  • Salt - As needed
  • Red Chilies – 2 tbsp
  • Chaat Masala - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
Method :-
  • Heat a pan, add oil.
  • when oil hot, add peanuts and fry till golden brown.
  • take out it from pan
  • Then add curry leaves and fry till nice aroma rises and give a quick stir and switch off the flame.
  • Add this to the boondi, add the salt, red chilly powder, chaat masala and toss well to get all mixed.
  • Serve or store in an airtight jar and enjoy it as a tea time snack.
