Roti Vegetable Fry – Leftover Food Recipe

Daily morning we have some food left from the night dinner in our kitchen mostly roties or chappaties (Indian Bread) and rice . We can't eat it , this leftover food do not have good taste and do have some hardness as well. But we should not waste food if it is not sloppy, muddy, unwashed, unkempt, unsanitary or contaminated. "DO not waste FOOD." . I have prepared a nice and tasty fry with leftover rotis (Indian Bread) Roti Vegetable Fry - Leftover Food Recipe .DO not waste FOOD.   Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 15 mins Ingredients:
  •  Leftover Roties  -  2
  • Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 tbsp
  • Bay Leaves - Tez Patta - 1
  • Green Beens Chopped - 2 tbsp *
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2tsp*
  • Green Chopped Chilli - 3
  • Onion Chopped - 1
  • Garlic cloves - 4 *
  • Red Tomato - 1
  • Chopped Carrot - 1
  • Chopped Cabbage - 4 Tbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as required
  • Chaat Masala *
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbs*
  • Chilli Sauce - 1 tbs*
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 tbs*
* Optional Method:
  •  Cut or break the roties into pieces
  • Wash & Cut all vegetable in pieces  **
  • Heat oil in pan to smoking point .
  • Put cumin seeds and Bay leaves in heated oil
  • Fry chopped Onion ,chilli till turn into brown
  • Add other vegetables and fry till become little soft
  • Add Tomato
  • Add Roti pieces
  • Fry all for 2-3 min
  • add chilli powder
  • add soy ,chilli and tomato souse and fry till it become more soft
  • Last serve it :)
Tips: You can spread chaat masala on it.   ** You can add vegetables more as per your liking  :).
