Ice Cream is one of the most favorite dessert for almost everyone . It is a frozen food which is typically a dairy product and eaten as a snack or dessert. Children love it any time . My baby love it and we have to buy it every week for her which is costly and not sure about how hygiene it was, so we decided to make it at home and it come out very tasty , hygiene and healthy and most important thing my baby Love it more then market Ice Cream .I have used only vanilla essence from market . Try it in this hot summer .

Preparation time:  4 to 8 hours Cooking time:  20 – 30 minutes Serves: 4 + peoples

Ingredients:

  • Full Cream Milk – 3 cups
  • Milk Cream – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 3\4 cups
  •  Vanilla essence – 1 tbsp

Method :

  • Take milk in a pan and add sugar
  • Cook milk on low flame till thicken
  • After milk became thicken
  • cool it till room temperature
  • Whip the cream in a grinder
  • Add cool milk and vanilla essence
  • Again whip in grinder
  • Take out from grinder jar and place it in ice cream container
  • Place this in freezer for 5-6 hours
  • Serve cool ice when you want

Serve it to your children , parents , guest and friend , i am sure they will love it .
